Terms, Conditions, and Refunds

Effective October 1, 2024, if you cancel your registration in accordance with the terms outlined below, you will receive a full tuition refund, minus a $45 non-refundable credit card processing fee.

Terms and Conditions:

  • Courses will not be canceled due to weather. Participants are expected to be prepared for all weather conditions and are responsible for protecting themselves from the associated weather-related risks.

  • If you cancel at least 30 days prior to the course start date, you will receive a full refund, minus a $45 non-refundable credit card fee.

  • No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 30 days of the course start date, and tuition cannot be applied to another course. Nevertheless, if a replacement participant is found, they may attend in your place at no extra cost.

  • Class sizes requirements are set by State Fire Training. We keep them small for tailored and focused training evolution. A minimum number of participants is necessary to ensure safety and effective teamwork. Last-minute cancellations jeopardize the course for other attendees and could result in the course cancellation.

  • If the course is canceled by the instructor, you will receive a full refund. Tower One Training will notify all registrants as early as possible but is not liable for any costs incurred by registrants prior to the course.

  • Requests to change payment methods after a credit card charge are subject to a 45$ non-refundable credit card fee.
